  • 50% rent due at signing of contract date. 50% rent due 60 days prior to occupancy date. 

  • Security deposit required 60 days prior to move in date. 

  • No pets permitted

  • Renters responsible for utilities including: cable and electric

  • Home cleaning to be arranged.
